Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all bookings, services, and travel arrangements made with Safari Link Expeditions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a trip or using our services, you (“Client,” “Traveler”) agree to the following terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (typically 20–30% of total trip cost) and written confirmation from Safari Link Expeditions. Final payment is due 30–45 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation without refund.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change prior to confirmation due to:
- Currency fluctuations
- Supplier rate changes
- Government taxes or park fee increases
Once confirmed, pricing is fixed unless changes are requested by the client.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Client Cancellations
- More than 60 days before departure: Deposit may be partially refundable (subject to supplier terms)
- 30–60 days: Up to 50% of total cost may be forfeited
- Less than 30 days: 100% of total cost may be non-refundable
Company Cancellations
Safari Link Expeditions reserves the right to cancel trips due to:
- Safety concerns
- Political instability
- Natural disasters
- Unforeseen operational issues
In such cases, alternative arrangements or partial refunds may be offered.
4. Changes & Modifications
Any changes requested after booking (dates, accommodations, itinerary) may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.
5. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)
Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation/interruption
- Medical emergencies
- Evacuation
- Personal belongings
Safari Link Expeditions is not responsible for any losses not covered by insurance.
6. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring they are medically fit to travel
- Obtaining required vaccinations and visas
- Following local laws and safety guidelines
Safari Link Expeditions partners with licensed local operators but does not directly control all third-party services.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Safari Link Expeditions acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (e.g., tour operators, hotels, airlines).
We are not liable for:
- Injury, illness, or death
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Delays, cancellations, or changes by third parties
- Acts of nature, war, or unforeseen events
Participation in safari and adventure activities involves inherent risks.
8. Force Majeure
Safari Link Expeditions shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
9. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information
- Follow the instructions of guides and staff
- Respect local cultures and environments
Failure to comply may result in removal from the trip without refund.
10. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit card (if available)
- Approved payment platforms
Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.
11. Documentation
Clients are responsible for:
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
- Required visas
- Travel documents
Safari Link Expeditions is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions due to incomplete documentation.
12. Photography & Media
Safari Link Expeditions may use photos or videos taken during trips for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking or payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
